Anna and I have been studying together since the first day we started school.
Having heard her talking in front of others on several occasions about different subjects, both formally and informally, I am in no doubt that Anna has the making of a hotel receptionist. Not only is she extremely tactful and friendly, but she also has a talent for dealing with customers in a polite and respectful manner.
It is undeniable that Anna has a calm and relaxed nature. Nevertheless, she may become oversensitive when she feels criticised, which does not affect her work.
She is also very independent-minded, and always ready to accept people with different types of thoughts or cultures. This will undoubtedly help her to handle any weird situations.
Regarding her language skills, she achieved the highest mark in English of our promotion, and due to her ability with languages she has even improved on that. She is also fluent in both French and Italian.
For all these reasons, I strongly believe that Anna would have much to contribute to your company, and therefore have no hesitation in supporting her application wholeheartedly.
